- Best Price Guarantee: 2X Price Difference – Terms and Conditions
- 1. Overview
- The Best Price Guarantee X2 (referred to as "BPGX2") applies exclusively to hard goods across all product categories.
- 2. Price Match Policy
- The BPGX2 price match will consider all applicable promotions offered by Sharaf DG.
- The competitor’s price must be from the same day as the price match request. Prices from earlier dates will not be considered.
- The BPGX2 program is valid only for specific retailers:
- Carrefour
- Lulu
- EMAX
- Jumbo
- Brand Stores
- Eros
- E-City
- Virgin Megastore
- BPGX2 is applicable only in the following Emirates:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Abu Dhabi
- Al Ain
- The price match claim and proof must originate from the same emirate where the claim is made.
- 3. Non-Eligible Retailers
- Online Channels: Prices from e-commerce platforms are not eligible for BPGX2.
- Independent Retailers: Only the listed organized retailers are included in the BPGX2 program. Independent retail stores are excluded.
- 4. Verification Process
- Customers who find a lower price for the same product at an eligible retailer must present an invoice as proof. Sharaf DG will offer double the price difference as a discount.
- If the customer cannot provide an invoice, the standard Best Price Guarantee (BPG) will apply instead of BPGX2, and the price match will proceed accordingly.
- The proof must correspond exactly to the product’s model number listed in Sharaf DG's records. Price match requests based on similar specifications will not be accepted.
- 5. Exclusions and Limitations
- The BPGX2 program does not apply to the following:
- Accessories and Services
- Non-GCC Specification Products
- Prices offered on online channels
- Gaming and Gaming Accessories
- Items offered Free of Charge (FOC)
- Special deals, daily deals, flash sale offers, bank discounts, and loyalty discounts
- Display clearance items, End of Life (EOL) products, and aging clearance prices
- 6. Additional Terms
- Existing bank offers cannot be combined with the 2X price difference discount.
- Items offered Free of Charge (FOC) will not be applicable after applying the 2X price difference.
- 7. Offer Validity
- The BPGX2 program is valid from January 22, 2025, to January 31, 2025.
- 8. Legal Governance
- This offer is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
- Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE
